Canada & USA Shipping

Canadian shipping is through Canada Post rates based on two regions.

  • The Atlantic Canada Region (NB, NFLD, NS, PEI) – $10.50 (2-3 Business Days)
  • Central, Western and Northern Canada Regions – $16.50 (5-7 Business Days)

USA shipping rates are FedEx rates based on shipping method and the region to which your order will be shipped. During the checkout process, available options will display.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped to countries other than Canada may be charged customs or duty fees and the purchaser is responsible for these charges.

International Shipping

For all orders outside of Canada and the USA, please contact us for shipping rates and delivery times.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to these conditions.

1) Neurodyn Inc. reserves the right to ship orders in a different method than the one selected during the purchase process so long as the delivery time remains the same at no addition cost. Neurodyn Inc. will not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to produce due to acts of God, acts of default of the Purchaser, or any cause beyond reasonable control.

2) Sale tax is required for all orders shipping within Canada.
a) Orders shipped within Prince Edward Island will be charged HST at 14%
b) Orders shipped to Nova Scotia will be charged HST at 15%
c) Orders shipped to New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Ontario will be charged HST at 13%
d) Orders shipped to Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Northwest Territories and Nunavut will be charged GST at 5%

3) You can expect your order to be processed within one business day, when your order is placed by 1pm Eastern Standard Time, provided that the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Whenever possible, items will be shipped out the same day the order is received. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

4) Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Your order will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

5) If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as your order is received. We will do our best to resolve any issue immediately. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any returned shipment(s). Please contact us to receive the RMA.

6) We do not accept returns other than for damaged shipments. We do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your order please contact us as soon as your order is received. We will do our best to resolve any issue immediately.
